About SportNestra

SportNestra is a sports news site covering football, basketball, tennis, rugby, Formula 1 and other sports. It is available in French, English and Arabic. SportNestra publishes original sports journalism based on verified information from identified sources; our principles and correction procedure are described in the editorial policy.

SportNestra is an independent editorial project published by a private individual, who is responsible for it. Articles carry the byline "SportNestra Editorial Team": the byline stands for the site's publisher, who takes editorial responsibility for them; no article is attributed to a named author.

We publish factual sports news: results, transfers, statements, injuries, competitions. We aim to distinguish established facts from reported statements and rumours. Our editorial approach is centred on sports news and its direct environment.

SportNestra produces original articles based on information from identified sources, cross-checked when several sources are available. The main sources are credited and linked when they are accessible.

Articles are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence tools, for writing as well as translation. Before publication, automated checks verify in particular the facts, figures, names and sources; the method is described in the editorial policy.

Despite the verification procedures in place, an error may occur. Any correction request can be sent through the Contact page, or through the "Report this content" link at the bottom of each article. Justified corrections are made as soon as possible.

The site is funded by advertising displayed through Google AdSense and by the rental of advertising spaces to advertisers. Information about cookies and consent is in the privacy policy.
