Editorial policy and corrections
This page describes how SportNestra articles are produced and how to report an error. Last updated: October 2026.
Who writes the articles
Articles are published under the byline "SportNestra Editorial Team". SportNestra is not a mirror of another outlet: each article is a text of its own that presents the main fact, its context and its stakes so that it can be understood without reading another page.
Sources
Each article relies on one or more identified sources (sports media, federations, clubs, public statements). When several sources are available, the information is cross-checked. The sources used are listed at the end of the article under "Sources consulted", with a link to the original page when it is accessible.
Checks before publication
Before publication, automated checks compare the text with the information extracted from the sources: names, figures, dates, scores, consistency between headline and content, language of the text, incomplete or repetitive text, excessive closeness to a source text. When doubt remains, the article is not published automatically and waits for review.
These checks reduce the risk of error without removing it: an error may still occur.
Tools used
Writing and translation may be assisted by artificial intelligence tools. Content undergoes consistency and quality checks before publication.
Corrections
To report an error, use the "Report this content" link at the bottom of the article or write to support@sportnestra.com giving the article URL, the item concerned and, if possible, a source. Justified requests are handled and the article is corrected as soon as possible; an article that cannot be corrected reliably may be withdrawn.
Advertising and independence
The site is funded by advertising displayed through Google AdSense. Ad slots are separate from the editorial content.
Third-party content
Third-party content, including photographs, videos, trademarks and logos, remains the property of its respective owners. Removal requests are handled under the procedure described in the Legal Notice.
