Hugo Grau has delivered a third medal at the European Amateur Championships.
Competing in the -65 kg category, he defeated Poland's Bartlomiej Roskowicz in the quarter-finals on Tuesday evening in Sofia, Bulgaria. The victory guarantees him a medal and sends him into the semi-finals, where Makan Traoré (-70 kg) and Junior Tadah (-85 kg) are already through.
On Wednesday, three other French athletes will attempt to secure their own place among the medallists.
