The court has dismissed Mbappé’s complaint against PSG alleging moral harassment. Local media reported that the case was dropped for lack of sufficient evidence. The player’s lawyers had filed the complaint amid a separate legal dispute over payment of the remaining elements of his contract with the club. They later withdrew the complaint, but the investigation continued.
Kylian Mbappé filed the complaint against Paris Saint-Germain last year. Investigating judges dismissed it in May, according to the same media reports, after finding that the complainant himself was no longer supporting the case, making it impossible to proceed.
The alleged harassment concerned Mbappé’s exclusion from the first team at the start of the 2022/2023 season, after he refused to extend his contract with the French club. At the end of that season, he left PSG for Real Madrid.
The dismissal therefore brings this complaint proceeding to a close, separate from the dispute over payments related to the contract.
