Al-Hazem and NEOM shared the points in a 1-1 draw in the eighth round of the Roshn Pro League. The match was played at Al-Hazem Club Stadium in Al-Rass. The hosts went ahead in the first half, but NEOM found an answer after the break to take a point from the match.
Abu Bakr Diakité put Al-Hazem in front in the 41st minute. After half-time, NEOM turned to attack in search of an equaliser. Their efforts paid off in the 55th minute, when Saïd Benrahma scored to bring the visitors level. The match ultimately ended 1-1.
The result takes NEOM to 16 points and fifth place in the standings. Al-Hazem now have 9 points and remain tenth. NEOM therefore stay ahead of their opponents in the table, while Al-Hazem add a point after having led. For both clubs, the draw means a share of the points, with Al-Hazem still in tenth place.
