Lyon return to home turf in the Europa League on Thursday, 15 October, to face Crystal Palace at 18:45 at Groupama Stadium. Having made a strong start to their European campaign against Anderlecht, OL will be looking to build on it, but injuries are disrupting their plans. The match is listed for live coverage.
Anderlecht were beaten 2-1 in Lyon’s opening match of the campaign. Noah Nartey scored in the 8th minute, followed by Keito Nakamura in the 22nd. Lyon will have to contend with several important absences for this next challenge, while Crystal Palace arrive in the Rhône with a strong attacking threat.
The task for Olympique Lyonnais is therefore twofold: carry their positive European start forward while coping with the disruption caused by injuries. The offering described includes the Europa League, Champions League and Conference League, as well as the Premier League, Top 14 and Formula 1.
