After the federation’s executive committee meeting on Thursday morning, Philippe Diallo presented the French Football Federation’s financial results. For the 2025-2026 financial year, the FFF reports a surplus of €4.1 million and says it is increasing its support for amateur football. The governing body describes the figures as positive and says they also reflect its financial strength.

“These very satisfactory results confirm the federation’s solidity and its ability to honour its commitments,” the federation said. It put the net surplus at €4.1 million and said the figures “demonstrate the federation’s appeal and the confidence of its partners”.

The federation also pointed to its recurring revenues as a source of encouragement. The FFF says it is maintaining “control over its day-to-day operating and personnel expenses”. It says operating costs fell compared with the previous season, while personnel expenses remain below 20% of total expenditure, in line with its target. The federation says these financial balances “secure” its ability to meet its commitments over time.

For the second consecutive year, the FFF is also waiving a debt of around €10 million in favour of the LFP for costs related to refereeing. The federation says the 2025-2026 results address questions about its financial position, pointing to sustained growth in recurring revenues, control of expenses and an unprecedented level of support for amateur football.
