L'Athletic a pris la décision de mettre fin au système actuel d'invitations destiné à une partie de son personnel. Le club va désormais mettre en place un nouveau protocole de prestations s'adressant à l'ensemble de ses salariés. Dans le cadre de ce dispositif, le droit d'obtenir des invitations pour assister aux matchs à San Mamés est supprimé. Il est remplacé par une assurance santé collective. Cette mesure constitue un avantage social à caractère universel. Elle bénéficie à tous les employés de l'Athletic Club ainsi que de la Fundazioa.
