Malú leaves David Broncano stunned with sex remarks on ‘La Revuelta’

Malú left David Broncano speechless on ‘La Revuelta’ when she said, regarding sex: “All the time. I arrive late for concerts because I don’t want to stop. I even make the most of it during outfit changes.” The presenter ended the exchange jokingly: “I’d need an audit.”

The show returned on Tuesday on RTVE’s La 1, in the access prime-time slot. Malú, appearing at Madrid’s Teatro Albéniz in her first visit to ‘La Revuelta’, presented her ‘Quince Tour’.

David Broncano opened the interview by asking when she had last attended an electronic party that lasted until 7 a.m. The singer replied that she had never gone to one, explaining that she had not had the time and would not have been able to get in. She added that she was already working at 18 and had to protect her voice.

Malú highlighted the special nature of her new project, which revisits the most significant songs from her almost three decades on stage. However, she said her record label had not allowed her to choose the album’s title. “I came up with three, very carefully thought out; to me, they were brilliant ideas, but whenever I put them forward, the team did not like them,” she said.

According to the singer, she was then told she had gone too simple with a title. She ultimately kept ‘Quince’, linking the name to starting at 15, her birthday, her 15 records and her 30 years of career — “15+15”.

The singer did not avoid the show’s usual questions, including those about sex. David Broncano then asked her to estimate the number of sexual encounters she had had over the past month; the guest replied with a laugh: “One hundred.”
