Oliver y Benji creator draws Lamine Yamal

The creator of Oliver y Benji sketched Lamine Yamal during a visit to Spotify Camp Nou. Yoichi Takahashi captured the player’s figure in a drawing, while Oliver y Benji, also known as Capitán Tsubasa, was present at the club’s facilities.
Juan Soler, vice-president of the Área Comercial, led the delegation. Takahashi also presented the entity with a Nankatsu SC shirt. The team, created in fiction and brought into reality, currently plays in Japan’s fifth division.
His visit to Barcelona also gave him the chance to see Spotify Camp Nou and the Museum. It was not the first time the artist had drawn Barcelona players. Takahashi’s illustrations have helped boost the club’s popularity in Japan: in the series, Oliver, or Tsubasa Ozora, goes on to play for a Catalan team inspired by Barcelona.
