Zamalek occupy second place in the Premier League with 13 points, level with third-placed Al Ahly but ahead on goal difference. Pyramids lead the table on 15 points. Ahead of the summit between Al Ahly and Zamalek, Ayman Al-Ramady says its outcome is difficult to predict. He also believes the two sides’ form could matter in the competition with the other clubs.

Speaking to MBC Masr 2, Al-Ramady stressed the uncertainty surrounding these fixtures: « Matches between Al Ahly and Zamalek, as well as meetings between either of the two major clubs and Pyramids, have become very exciting, and no one can predict the result. »

The former Zamalek coach also highlighted the stature of the two clubs: « Both teams have a galaxy of stars and a great legacy in football history that we are proud of, and I hope this clash lives up to that legacy. »

Al-Ramady added that he hoped to see both teams in very good form, saying that would set them apart from the others. He reiterated, however, that the result was hard to predict, even though both sides have the qualities to deliver a remarkable performance.
