Kevin De Bruyne led Napoli to victory over Frosinone in Serie A with a hat-trick. Napoli won the match 2-0 at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on the sixth matchday of the 2026-2027 season.
Napoli started on the front foot. Rasmus Højlund nearly opened the scoring in the third minute, but his shot struck the crossbar. The home side continued to push forward and won a penalty in the 29th minute. Kevin De Bruyne converted it to put his team ahead.
The victory takes Napoli to 10 points and eighth place. The club’s record stands at three wins, one draw and two defeats. Frosinone also have 10 points, but sit seventh with the same record. Napoli are therefore level on points with their opponents, while remaining behind them in the standings.
