Atlètic Lleida win at Montcada as Vilassar share points at L’Escala

Atlètic Lleida won at Montcada, while Vilassar drew away to L’Escala. At Can Sant Joan, the Lleida side beat San Juan At. Montcada 3-0 to secure their second win of the season and their first on the road.
Xiker opened the scoring in the 39th minute, before Christian Dieste extended the lead shortly before half-time, in the 44th. Juan Agüero made it 3-0 in the 46th, just after the restart, finishing a move initiated by Youssef and Jaume Pascual. Trailing 0-3, San Juan At. Montcada were reduced to ten men in the 52nd minute after Víctor Pérez received a second booking. Atlètic Lleida also had a chance to add to the score, but Dieste missed a penalty.
In the other match, Vilassar Mar let victory slip away against L’Escala in the closing stages. Joan Páez headed the equaliser, then Esteve Monterde put Vilassar Mar ahead before half-time with a header from a corner. The game ultimately ended with the points shared, as reflected in the result announced for the match.
