Kim Kardashian finally spoke with Martin Brundle during the journalist’s grid walk on Sunday at the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix, at the Marina Bay Circuit. She was there to support her partner, Lewis Hamilton. The conversation brought an end to the awkwardness surrounding their earlier interaction in Monaco.
“Hello, Kim. How are you?” Brundle asked. Kardashian joked: “Did I not know the rules? Did we get off on the wrong foot?” Brundle told her everything was fine and said he was glad to have her at the Grand Prix, before asking what she thought of Formula 1.
At the Monaco Grand Prix earlier that year, Brundle had tried to interview Kardashian as her relationship with the seven-time world champion was attracting attention. The two have since appeared in public together several times, including in Monaco.
In Singapore, Brundle then brought up Lewis Hamilton, describing him as being in great form. He also asked whether Hamilton seemed confident to her. The exchange connected Kardashian’s return to conversation with the journalist to her support for the driver, without dwelling on the Monaco incident.
