Three European clubs are vying for Fares Ghedjemis, whose stay at Frosinone could be short-lived despite a contract extension through June 2030. His agent, Fabrizio Ferrari, said the winger might not remain at the Italian club for long when the next transfer window opens.
Ferrari said Frosinone had received three significant offers from major European clubs outside Italy. During the last summer transfer window, the club’s management had made substantial efforts to keep Ghedjemis, rejecting the idea of including him in a swap and opting instead to extend his contract.
The agent also described the volume of interest: he said his phone kept ringing as clubs sought to secure the winger. He added that all the offers and expressions of interest came from outside Italy.
Representatives of the clubs are planning to travel to Italy in the coming days to watch the player closely and assess his ability on the pitch. Those visits could add weight to the uncertainty Ferrari described about Ghedjemis’s future at Frosinone, despite the extension through 2030.
