Endrick could leave Real Madrid in January as Roma and AC Milan show interest

Endrick’s future at Real Madrid remains open, with Italian clubs interested in the forward. Transfer journalist Matteo Moretto reports that Roma and AC Milan are tracking the Brazilian and that a January departure remains possible.
Moretto raised the prospect during an appearance on « La Pizarra de Quintana » on Radio MARCA. He said that, despite José Mourinho’s stated wish to keep the forward in Madrid, a move during the winter window had not been ruled out. « Although Mourinho has already said he is going to stay, the possibility of Endrick leaving in January remains on the table, » he said.
The player’s limited playing time is contributing to the uncertainty. Aged 20, Endrick has struggled to make regular appearances under Mourinho. Moretto cited his brief appearance against Leipzig as an illustration of his limited involvement: « He’s not getting many minutes. He came on for two or three minutes against Leipzig, he played very little, » the journalist explained.
Among the Italian options, Roma appears the more concrete prospect at this stage, while AC Milan is also interested. « In Italy, Roma and Milan want him. Especially Roma; it’s a real possibility for January, » Moretto said. A loan could give Endrick more regular football in the second half of the season, rather than leave him on the fringes of Mourinho’s plans. For a young forward still developing, regular minutes could matter, with competition for attacking places at Real Madrid.
What happens next will depend on Endrick’s prospects in Madrid and whether the club is willing to let him leave during the winter window. Mourinho’s reported desire to retain him also leaves the club’s position as an open question. Roma and AC Milan would still need to establish whether a loan is possible and fits Real Madrid’s plans. Moretto considers Roma the more advanced option, but Milan’s interest remains. If Endrick’s part in the team remains unchanged over the next few weeks, Italy may become a viable destination as he looks for the regular playing time he has not found in Madrid.
