A mosaic is planned at Spotify Camp Nou for the Clásico of Mourinho’s “vuelta”. Barcelona will open the LaLiga matchday 10 meeting with the display. The stadium is also expected to dress up for the occasion, adding to the sense of a major event. The details of the large tifo have not yet been revealed, as the club is working to preserve the element of surprise.

The aim is for Flick’s players to feel the supporters’ backing when they step onto the pitch, and to appreciate what makes a Clásico special. The display is therefore intended to shape the opening of the match, rather than serve only as a backdrop in the stands. Marca also reports that the club hopes to set a ticket-revenue record, while the atmosphere at Spotify Camp Nou is expected to involve more than the mosaic alone.

Last season, in the first meeting with Real Madrid after the return following work at the Les Corts ground, thousands of blue-and-maroon cards formed Barcelona’s crest and the message “Força Barça” across much of the first and second tiers. That provides a previous example of the club’s stadium displays without revealing what is planned this time. For the Clásico played on May 10 last season, Marca also reported 62,213 spectators and historic revenue for Barcelona.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid completed preparations at Ciudad Real Madrid ahead of Sunday’s match, scheduled for the following day at 21:00 at Camp Nou. Mourinho will be without injured players Asencio and Rodrygo, as well as the suspended Vinicius. During the session, he spent a long time speaking with Pintus and checked on Asencio, who did exercises on the pitch away from the group. Behind closed doors, the players worked on possession and pressing before finishing with shots on goal, the Real Madrid website explained. The white team was due to travel to Barcelona on Sunday morning, with an arrival expected around midday.
