Mbappé misses Real Madrid training but is expected to face Villarreal
SportNestra Editorial Teamabout 3 hours ago1 views
Kylian Mbappé did not take part in Real Madrid’s training session at Valdebebas on Monday, just days before the Liga match against Villarreal. Despite his absence, he is expected to be at the training centre today to continue his rehabilitation and training programme after his knee injury. The injury is not expected to prevent him from featuring in Saturday’s match.
Real Madrid’s session began at 10:30. Mbappé was therefore not there as his team prepared for its next league fixture. His availability to face Villarreal is becoming clearer, although his participation has not been presented as certain.
The focus now is on continuing his recovery while remaining in Real Madrid’s plans for Saturday. The Frenchman is expected to carry on with his programme at Valdebebas as the club prepares for the Liga meeting with Villarreal.
