Sadok Gueddida to travel with Club Africain to Lubumbashi

Sadok Gueddida will be part of Club Africain’s travelling group to Lubumbashi, where the team is due to face Mazembe in a continental match. The international forward will miss the game against Union de Ben Guerdane to continue his physiotherapy programme before setting off for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. His inclusion in the travelling party confirms that he is ready to take part in the match, in the information provided about the trip.

The delegation is scheduled to leave Tunis on Wednesday, 14 October, on a regular flight. The planned route includes stops in Istanbul and Ethiopia before arrival in Lubumbashi, a few days ahead of the match scheduled for 17 October 2026.

The itinerary includes an initial session to ease fatigue in Ethiopia, where the team will spend the night. Another recovery session is planned on arrival in Congo on Thursday. The team is then due to hold its regular training session on the match stadium’s pitch on the day before the game.

The journey and preparations are being arranged around the fixture against Mazembe, while Gueddida continues his rehabilitation before joining the group bound for Lubumbashi.
