Abou Rida met Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan to discuss the stability of the national team. Hany Abou Rida, chairman of the Federation’s board, and its vice-chairman, Khaled El-Derendly, received Hossam Hassan, head coach of the senior national team, and team director Ibrahim Hassan. Federation secretary-general Mostafa Azzam also attended.
The discussions focused on preserving the group’s cohesion and continuing the work carried out in recent times. Those present also considered the conditions needed to support the technical staff and players ahead of their next challenges.
Hany Abou Rida confirmed that the Federation’s board would continue supporting all national teams and respecting collective and institutional work. He also pointed to closer cooperation and coordination with clubs, with the aim of uniting efforts around football objectives and supporters’ aspirations, and continuing to achieve success.
