Hany was named the best player in summit 133 between Zamalek and Al Ahly. Mohamed Hany, a right-back for Al Ahly’s first-team football side, received the award after Sunday evening’s match in the sixth round of the Egyptian Premier Division.
The recognition reflected a performance that had an influence on the contest. Al Ahly’s defender helped his side take the advantage against its traditional rival in one of Egyptian football’s major fixtures. Hany also made his mark on the scoreboard, as the two teams competed strongly in the race for the Premier Division title.
