Arkadiusz Milik suffers another injury after missing the season so far

Arkadiusz Milik sustained another muscle injury last Sunday, having yet to play this season. The Juventus forward has played only 34 minutes since June 2024. Aged 32, he can be fielded only in the Coppa Italia.
The precise nature of the latest issue remains uncertain: La Gazzetta reports that it could be no more than muscle fatigue. Even so, it adds to a long list of physical problems. Milik had already been a substitute twice this season before being left out of the lists for Serie A and the Europa League.
His recent career has been marked by several lengthy spells out. A knee injury sustained on June 8 kept him out for the whole 2024-2025 season. On June 25, 2025, he fractured his tibia and remained sidelined until December. Earlier, during his time at Marseille, a knee injury in May 2021 kept him from playing until September 29 of that year.
The Coppa Italia offers a possible route back to action: if fit, Milik will be able to play when Juventus face Sassuolo in the round of 16 on December 3.
