Messi spotlights ten young talents in world football

Argentinian Messi has chosen ten young talents from world football. Among them is Tomás Aranda, the Boca Juniors youngster included by Lionel Messi in his selection of promising players.
Aranda’s inclusion has drawn particular interest from Argentine football fans. The Boca Juniors player has attracted attention for his technique and creativity, and is currently recovering from a fracture to his right fibula as he works towards a return to the pitch.
The selection is part of a new Adidas advertising campaign. Its narrator introduces it with the words: « Ten chapters rewriting the future of the game… This is a story that is only just beginning. »
The choices also feature players from several parts of the world: Turkey’s Can Uzun, who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt; Mexico’s Gilberto Mora, a Tijuana player; and England’s Max Dowman, who plays for Arsenal. Messi’s ten selections are presented as stars of the next generation of world football.
