Feyenoord beat Como 3-2 on Wednesday in the League, in the second round of the league phase. Anis Hadj Moussa led his side to a hard-fought victory, giving them their first points in the competition this season.

The teams were level at 1-1 at the break. Feyenoord responded quickly, two minutes after Como had taken the lead, with a strike from Givairo Zechiël from outside the penalty area.

The win wipes away the heavy defeat Feyenoord suffered in the first round, when it lost 5-1 to FC Barcelona at Camp Nou. Como, meanwhile, remains on 3 points, earned through a 4-1 win over Leipzig in the opening round. Managed by Cesc Fàbregas, Como is taking part in the League for the first time in its history.

In the third round, scheduled for 20 and 21 October, Como will host Manchester United. Feyenoord will travel to face Real Betis.
