Ollie Bearman has been spotted driving a Ferrari with more than 1,000 hp in Monaco. A video posted by an influencer based in the principality shows the Haas driver at the wheel of the new 849 Testarossa as it leaves the Scuderia Monte-Carlo dealership. The blue car has white racing stripes, yellow brake calipers and a Monaco registration.
The footage had attracted approximately 5,600 likes and 79 shares at the time those figures were recorded. The reason for the drive, however, remains uncertain: the Instagram post’s caption describes Bearman as “testing” the car, but that has not been confirmed.
Ferrari introduced the 849 Testarossa on 9 September 2025. The plug-in hybrid model succeeds the SF90 Stradale. Its name recalls both a Ferrari racing car from the 1950s and the famous sports car of the 1980s. The “8” refers to the number of cylinders, while “49” is the displacement of each cylinder, just under 500 cc.
The car has an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox that sends power to all four wheels. Ferrari claims it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.3 seconds. Its design draws on the F80 and the Daytona; Ferrari also compares the car’s rear with that of the 1970 512S endurance car. Bearman is a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy and races for the Ferrari-powered Haas team.

Formula 1Haas boss Ayao Komatsu says Rafael Camara earned his 2027 seat on performance, not Ferrari ties. His Portimao test helped make the case.
